Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Freed: the websites and applications served under kita-agents.dev, including freed.kita-agents.dev and login.freed.kita-agents.dev (together, "the services"). The services are operated by Reljod T. Oreta, an individual based in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines ("the operator"). Questions: oretareljod@gmail.com.

1. Agreement

By signing in to or using the services, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Private service, administrator-created accounts

The services are private and provided to the operator and to people he invites. There is no public sign-up: accounts are created by the administrator. Access may be refused, and an account may be closed, at the operator's discretion. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• Tell the operator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Give accurate contact information so the operator can reach you about the service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the services to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• gain access to accounts, systems, or data you are not authorised to access;
• attack, overload, probe, or disrupt the services or their infrastructure;
• upload malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others;
• resell or provide the services to third parties without the operator's written agreement;
• use data obtained from a connected third-party account (for example Google) for any purpose other than the feature you enabled.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into the services. You give the operator permission to store, process, back up, and display that content only as needed to run the services for you. You are responsible for having the right to that content, and for keeping your own copies of anything important.

6. Availability and changes

The services are provided on a best-effort basis, as a personal project. There is no uptime guarantee, no support commitment, and no service level agreement. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time, and the operator may discontinue a service or the whole platform. Data loss is possible, including from hardware failure, so do not treat the services as your only copy of anything that matters.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, such as Google APIs (when you connect a Google account) and the hosting and DNS providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and the operator is not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property and software

The Freed name, the site designs, and the code written for these services belong to the operator. Open-source components included in the services remain under their own licences.

9. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time, and may ask for your account and its data to be deleted by emailing oretareljod@gmail.com. The operator may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or that puts the services or other people at risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of the services. The services are provided free of charge, so the operator's total liability for any claim is limited to PHP 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the services change. The date at the top of the page is always the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
